I have just had the most sudden and startling realization that Rooney Mara and Noomi Rapace are not, in fact, the same person. Somehow, I’m not quite sure how, I had forgotten that they each played the chick from The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, just in different countries, and merged them as one actress in my mind. My dash is so full of both of them and each time a picture of one of them pops up I get so.confused. I have actually, 100%, my hand to God, may he strike me down if I made this up, thought to myself, on more than several occasions, the following:
“This woman looks so different in every picture! She has such a versatile FACE!”
“Is… is this even her?”
“She must be an amazing character actor.”
